Privacy Notice

Mid-Ohio Cleaning & Restoration operates the Mid-Ohio Response website and mobile app. This notice describes the information used to handle contractor referrals and commercial emergency ready plans.

Information you provide

Referral submissions can include a customer’s name, phone number, property address, damage description, urgency, contractor contact details, notes, and any photos or documents attached. Commercial plans can include business and property details, emergency contacts, utility shutoff locations, access instructions, and uploaded documents. A damage report includes reporter contact information and details of the incident.

How we use it

We use this information to review referrals, contact customers and contractors, prepare for property emergencies, and respond to damage reports. Submissions are stored with our site hosting provider. Plan links contain a private access code; anyone with that link can view and edit the associated plan, so share it only with authorized people.

Alerts and service providers

Our staff may receive submission details through Pocket Alert phone notifications. If email alerts are enabled, an email delivery provider may also process the alert. We use these services to notify our team, not to sell information to advertisers.

Mobile device access

The mobile app asks for camera access only when you choose to take a photo, and opens the system file picker when you choose a file. An enrolled commercial property’s private plan code can be saved in secure storage on your device so you can reopen it. You can remove the saved plan from the app.
